Honor for outstanding volunteer service

April 2019 │ New York

Deutsche Bank was recognized again by the City of New York as one of its most civically engaged businesses.

The bank was acknowledged as part of the City’s Mayoral Service Recognition Program. The annual program is organized by NYC Service, a division of the Office of the Mayor that promotes volunteerism, engages New Yorkers in service, builds volunteer capacity and mobilizes the power of volunteers and national service members to impact New York City’s greatest needs.

Deutsche Bank has received this honor every year since the recognition program was launched in 2015. To be considered for recognition, companies had to meet a minimum threshold of 20 percent employee engagement in New York City. Individuals were nominated by nonprofit organizations and city agencies where they completed at least 500 hours of service.
